I was 7 when WW II started and about 11 when it ended. I had a relative who I think was on the USS Gantner. I remember the strict “loose lips sinks ships” admonishments from my parents so no one ever talked about the name of the ship outside family. Is there a crew list for this ship ? His name was Harold Lewis from Akron, Ohio
