mine. We were off Cuba (August 1969) and were practicing UNREP

Commissioned: December 21 1964
Decommissioned: November 10 1988
Fate: To Pakistan January 31 1989
Returned to the US 1/13/94
Sold 3/29/94 and broken up for scrap
