This photo was taken form either AO-60 or 61 by a neighbor of
mine. We were off Cuba (August 1969) and were practicing UNREP

Laid Down:        October 16 1962
Launched:         October 3 1963
Commissioned:     December 21 1964
Decommissioned:   November 10 1988 
Fate:             To Pakistan January 31 1989  
                  Returned to the US 1/13/94 
                  Sold 3/29/94 and broken up for scrap
